Macaronesian Network

The Macaronesian Network for the Promotion of the Circular and Green Economy in the Primary and Agro-industrial Sector was created with the goal of promoting the circular economy in the companies and industries of the primary and agro-industrial sector, with a special focus on the management of organic waste and by-products through anaerobic digestion. This network is open to the participation of universities, research centers, non-profit organizations and private companies in order to strengthen collaboration ties, generate new cooperation projects in the Macaronesian Region and its areas of influence (Morocco, Mauritania, Senegal…), promote technology transfer and public and private investment in the area of energy management, treatment and recovery of waste.

Within the framework of this Network, dissemination and training activities will be carried out to the key actors in the Region.
